The Waltuch Art Gallery at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly presents “Evolving Art,” an exhibition of oils on paper including paintings and ketubot by Sheryl Intrator Urman. The show will be on display though January 30. A meet-the-artist reception is on Thursday, January 9, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The artist is active in many art organizations, including Salute to Women in the Arts, the Jewish Art Salon, and the New York Artist Circle. She also is the resident art lecturer for the Dor L’Dor program at Congregation Ahavath Torah in Englewood, where she is a member.

The Waltuch Art Gallery is a community space that exhibits thematically Jewish artwork, or art produced by Jewish artists. All artwork is available for sale and a portion of the proceeds support cultural arts programming at the JCC. (201) 408-1406 or email nbachrach@jccotop.org.
