A Norpac event for Republican Congressman Scott Garrett, chaired by Kevin and Lori Lemmer, Allen and Leslie Levinson, and Ben and Esther Chouake, hosted by the Levinsons in Upper Saddle River, is set for Sunday, Aug. 28 at 7:30 p.m. Congressman Garrett is running for re-election this November.
