From left, Ed Hill, special events chair of Responders Run; its treasurer, Dave Hurwitz; and its vice president, Peter Rebsch, received certificates of recognition from Bergen County Clerk John S. Hogan. Its president, Bob Nesoff, and its secretary Howard Cohn, both former presidents of the former New Milford Jewish Center and now members of the JCC of Paramus/Congregation Beth Tikvah, are not pictured. Mr. Hurwitz also was a member of the New Milford Jewish Center. The annual motorcycle ride raises funds for police, fire, EMTs, and other first responders and military oriented organizations such as the Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
