Rabbi Moshe Bryski speaks at the annual Fred and Edith Goldsmith Jewish pride lecture for the Valley Chabad Center for Jewish Life on Sunday, November 3, at the Tice Community Center in Woodcliff Lake, at 7 p.m.
Rabbi Bryski, the founder and dean of the Conejo Jewish Academy, is a popular featured presenter at the annual JLI retreats and on the Chabad lecture circuit around the world. He will give a perspective on anti-Semitism and explore the underlying concept of the “Chosen People,” looking at the privileges and responsibilities the distinction brings to bear.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the program is at 7. The center is at 411 Chestnut Ridge Road in Woodcliff Lake. For more information, go to ValleyChabad.org.
