Submissions are being accepted from Bergen County ninth- through 12th Graders for this year’s Abe Oster Holocaust Remembrance award contest at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades. Applicants must create an original piece of art that communicates the relevance of the Holocaust in the 21st century. All forms of fine/studio art will be accepted. Students from all backgrounds in public or private schools are encouraged to apply. Awards are $1,000 cash for first place; $500 for second. The submission deadline is April 13.
