A blood drive with incentives
Congregation Shaare Tefillah of Teaneck’s second annual community-wide blood drive, organized by its men’s club and the Red Cross, is scheduled September 8, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 510 Claremont Ave. The Red Cross faces an emergency blood shortage and the drive will help allieviate it. As an incentive, the Red Cross and Chopstix will give all donors a $5 Chopstix certificate and a voucher for a free haircut at participating Sport Clips hair salons.
