Community women are invited to the second annual “Genius Bar,” a reverse-mentorship program sponsored by Project Ezrah and Ma’ayanot Yeshiva High School for Girls. Women who want to learn technology skills will be paired with Ma’ayanot student mentors, who will work with them individually to help them achieve their goals.
The Genius Bar has options including Google apps, Microsoft Office, graphic design, iMovie, social media, and general computing. A human resources professional and Ma’ayanot’s technology staff will teach a pre-session class about LinkedIn, personal branding, Google apps, and advanced internet resourcefulness.
The program begins on Monday, March 5, and runs weekly through March 26, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:20 p.m., at Ma’ayanot, 1650 Palisade Ave., in Teaneck.
