Mary Beth Augustine leads “Healthy Body Image” on Sunday, March 12, at noon. It is an opportunity to learn how to celebrate body diversity, find joy in moving, and eat mindfully.

On Tuesday, March 14, the JCC offers “Family Performance Training” at 6:30 p.m., and Ms. Augustine will lead “Fueling for Competition” on Tuesday, March 21, at 6:30 p.m., talking about the proper foods to eat for sports nutrition that help build better performance and athletic longevity. The series continues Tuesday, March 28, at 6:30 with “Family Yoga,” a way to strengthen muscles and help breathing for releasing stress and improving immunity.
