As part of Temple Beth Rishon’s lunch and learn spring module and the “One Book One Community” project, sponsored by the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey, the shul hosts a dairy lunch. The Israeli food will be made from recipes using this year’s book selection, “Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking.” Afterward, TBR congregant Stan Goodman leads an interactive discussion.
