The Boys Town Jerusalem kitchen is among a few Israeli educational institutions that prepare and serve three nutritious meals for students and staff each day. The cost for the nearly 3,000 meals is about $7,000 per day. According to Tova Rottenberg, “We’re well aware that these meals are the only food that many of our students will receive. Their homes are empty. We are truly involved in a lifesaving mission.
