Jewelry designer Norma Wellington will present her annual spring jewelry show and sale at the Kaplen JCC on the Palisades in Tenafly on Thursday, April 27, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Her exclusive one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces feature lariats, wide cuffs, earrings, beaded necklaces, and rings crafted from the finest genuine stones and precious metals.
Ms. Wellington will donate a significant percentage of her sales to the Kaplen JCC’s Adult Reach Center, a day care program for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease and related forms of dementia.
“I am grateful for loyal JCC members like Norma, who is presenting her jewelry show to benefit the JCC Alzheimer’s program,” the JCC’s president, JoJo Rubach, said. “She has given back to the community for more than two decades. We need more people like her.”
This year, Ms. Wellington will feature her latest classic and modern designs, which she has created to complement this season’s fashions and colors. Her creations make great gifts for Mother’s Day, anniversaries, graduation, and birthday gifts, all in a variety of price ranges starting at $100.
Ms. Wellington’s work has been showcased at Saks Fifth Avenue as well as in magazines. One of her pieces is on permanent display at the Smithsonian Institute and others are owned by former first ladies, Academy Award-winning actresses, and television celebrities.
